Table-Top Adhesive Dispenser

A new, pneumatic tabletop adhesive dispenser for two-part adhesives that is simple to refill and operate, has foot pedal control, and accurate piston metering is being introduced by Ashby Cross Company. The Ashby Cross DXBG Table-Top Adhesive Dispenser is a positive displace-ment piston metering unit for two-part epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and acrylics that features easy-to-fill two-gallon reservoirs, permitting the use of bulk packaged materials.  

Providing ±1% accuracy and repeatability and selectable mix ratios, it has a selector switch for continuous or individual shot control and a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Featuring adjustable shot sizes down to 1cc, the Ashby Cross DXBG Table-Top Adhesive Dispenser offers standard ratios of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1, with custom ratios available.  Constructed of corrosion resistant plastic and 316 stainless steel wetted parts, this two-part adhesive dispenser needs minimal maintenance.  It is ideally suited for potting, silicone molding, prototyping, gasketing, syringe filling, and related assembly applications.
