Based on a Rice Lake programmable batch controller, the system features a soft-touch keyboard with back-lit LCD display for ease of operation, with 10 user defined and 14 pre-set functions.
With a rugged stainless steel enclosure, the Vibra Screw Weigh Batch Controller System automatically transfers in multi-speed batch processing, supporting both bulk speed and dribble speed. The unit can operate in both gain-in-weight and loss-in-weight modes, and provides automatic refill or bag change functions in the loss-in-weight mode. As with all Vibra Screw equipment, the Weigh Batch Controller System is unconditionally guaranteed to perform in the service for which it is sold.
