Vibratory Bowls

Announcing Rosler’s R series rotary vibratory bowls. These automation-friendly machines offer usable volumes from 1.8 to 30 cu. ft. and are ideal for processing a wide range of components from small, delicate parts to large marble slabs. R series vibratory bowls can be easily integrated into existing systems and automated with peripheral equipment to save time and improve efficiency. 

R series vibratory bowls are designed for durability and maximum output. They include an industrial grade double-flanged, high-energy vibratory motor with adjustable balance weights and optional frequency converter allowing flexibility in the part processing and the ability to adjust the level of aggressiveness. The pneumatic unloading gate allows for convenient separating of the parts and media.
