Model HD Vibratory Feeders

Model HD “High Deflection” Vibratory Feeders combine the higher deflection of up to 3/16-in. (4.8 mm) and lower frequency (30 cps) advantages of a mechanical feeder with the trouble-free service of an electromagnetic feeder.

These HD feeders offer capabilities never before possible in an electromagnetic vibratory feeder. Previously difficult to feed materials such as fine powders (talc or flour) or leafy products like lettuce and sticky candies such as gummy bears are effectively handled by the HD feeders. Travel speeds up to 80 ft/min (24 m/min) and throughputs ranging from 150 to 700 cu ft/hr (4.25 to 20 cu m/hr) make these feeders ideal for packaging and other light industrial applications. 

Customers can choose from four models of the High Deflection line:

1. HD-36 feeds up to 200 cubic feet (5.6 cu m) per hr
2. HD-46 feeds up to 400 cubic feet (13 M3 ) per hr
3. HD-56 feeds up to 500 cu ft (14 M3) per hr
4. HD-66 feeds up to 700 cu ft (20 M3) per hr

Standard control for the Model HD Feeder is Eriez N12G30Hz-115 solid state control. The control can vary the feed rate from zero to 100%, giving 100% range of capability. This control is housed in a NEMA 12 Type enclosure to ensure years of trouble–free service.
