Wire-to-Wire Feedthroughs

Providing power and/or signal transmission into and out of vacuum or pressure environments is simplified with fully-harnessed wire-to-wire feedthroughs.

For applications such as thermocouple sensors where signal loss can become an issue, a continuous wire feedthrough without the need for connectors can solve many signal loss challenges. For applications requiring shielded conductors, the ability to carry the shielding uninterrupted through the feedthrough preserves attenuation.

Design engineers can specify the type and mix of conductors and feedthrough, as well as custom terminal requirements as needed. Douglas Wire-to-Wire feedthroughs can withstand pressure up to 15,000 PSI and temperatures ranging from cryogenic to over 350° F.
