xWASH Cleaning System for 3D Printing

Helping manufacturers streamline, optimize, and scale their 3D printing and post-processing operations, the xWASH is an automated washer that works exclusively with Nexa's xCLEAN washing detergent which offers 3X saturation limits, environmentally friendly recycling options, and enhanced chemical/flash-point safety characteristics. To provide flexibility, the system is fitted with bidirectional agitation and variable speeds, achieving efficient and consistent cleaning for a variety of different parts. It features an adjustable cleaning cycle and saturation timers, complete with preprogrammed cleaning recipes, meaning the user can optimize the cleaning cycle based on geometry and resin type.

Other features include a touch screen user interface that makes it easy for operators to program wash cycles durations and control the speed and direction of water agitation. Operators can also automatically raise and lower the Z-axis that includes a built-in secondary lid to extends the life and reduces potential evaporation of the xCLEAN detergent. Dedicated drain and fill ports enable easy maintenance; a pot life timer notifies when the cleaner has reached saturation limits. A tritan plastic reservoir provides clear process and cleaner level viewing and provides maximum durability for production environments.
