The BG Line Sorter features active slat-belt technology, enabling it to extend its handling capabilities. It sorts a wide range of item sizes, and its modular design optimizes the use of space and ensures efficiency and scalability to support future growth.
It features low-friction components and low maintenance costs. It replaces the sliding shoe discharge mechanisms used in conventional line sorters with textured belts and cross-belt discharge. The active-slat belt technology has the capability to handle parcels, flats, totes, sacks, sealed bags, polybags, fragile, and high-friction items.
Material handling operations can now reduce the percentage of non-conveyable items.
