Food Traceability Solution

The SaaS-based solution, ytem, provides real-time visibility across the entire lifecycle of food products: from raw materials to processing/manufacturing and distribution centers to grocery stores and restaurants. The software platform enables the tracking of Key Data Elements (KDEs) and Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) along the supply chain enabling the traceability of lot codes when there are outbreaks of food-borne illness or recalls arise. Item-level visibility also enables fail-proof quality control, via the systematic review of the origin, the destination, and the freshness at each stage of the supply chain.
