HVA HD400 Connector
Description
The HVA HD400 Connector is a solution for high voltage accessory applications virtually anywhere within the vehicle. This versatile connectivity system is designed for use in applications such as HVAC, heaters, hydraulic pumps, and electronic power steering.
The compact and adaptable design allows for either two or three conductors in the same interface, handling 2.5, 4, and 6 mm² LV216 conductor cross-sections single-core cabling. The HVA HD400 connector can perform reliably in extreme environments and can handle up to 1000 VDC and 60 A at 176°F (80°C).
Other features include an operating temperature of -40 to +284°F (-40 to +140°C), dust and water ingress protection rating of IP68 and IP6K9K, contact position assurance, and the ability to withstand transmission-level vibrations.
