IHC Series Luminaire

The IHC Series Luminaire is designed to support heavy industrial facilities requiring lighting fixtures capable of withstanding maximum ambient temperatures of 167°F (75°C) to help drive continued productivity and safety. Featuring lumen outputs of 50,000, 60,000, 75,000, and 90,000, the series supplies up to 250% more output than standard LED fixtures, requiring fewer luminaires and consuming 60 percent less energy than traditional HID lighting.

The luminaires are ideal for steel mills, pulp and paper plants, and heavy industry. They combine their high lumen output with next-generation LED optics that direct light only where it is needed and use advanced thermal management for rapidly dissipating heat to extend the life of the complete luminaire system.

Fully adjustable mounting brackets enable IHC LED luminaires to be quickly installed flush on a ceiling as a high-bay fixture, wall mounted for floodlighting, hung on a threaded hook and cord, pipe mounted or mounted via stainless steel cable. A pre-wired option complete with 10 ft of cord is also available. Mounting brackets come with several different hole patterns to allow for cost-effective retrofitting to existing customer mounting configurations.

The series offers greater than 60,000 hours of worry-free, low-maintenance lighting, even in extreme environments. An Epoxy Powder Coating and stainless steel hardware is used for corrosion protection, while silicone gaskets seal out water or dust particles from its sensitive electronics. Built-in 8KV surge suppression absorbs transient surges from inside and outside heavy industrial facilities.
