Kitting Cart
Description
This Kitting Cart for an aircraft/aerospace manufacturer has dimensions of 96 x 48 x 63 in. (243.8 x 121.9 x 160 cm) and is designed to hold up to 600 lb. (272.2 kg). It features a custom five-level shelf section on the left with pull out drawers. Each drawer features a solid surface and a lip around the perimeter to help ensure the product does not move during transit. The right side of the cart has four shelf levels with solid surfaces; it also has a top shelf that acts as a dust cover and overflow storage if needed.
The cart has six casters for easy, stable, and safe movement. A foot activated floor lock is included for additional stopping precision. The wheels allow for easily moving the structure, and its open design makes it easy for users to visually survey the parts stored.
Accessories include hooks, label holders, pockets for paperwork, and more.
