MP5187 Lightweight Needle Scaler quickly rids areas of rust, dust, old paint or weld slag. The MP5187 scrapes foreign substances from the surface, providing a clean and smooth working surface to improve overall efficiency in industrial scaling applications.

The lightweight, ergonomic design greatly reduces operator fatigue. Weighing only 2.5 lb., the product is nearly half the weight of standard model scalers that deliver a similar amount of blows per minute (BPM). Measuring less than 9 in., it includes 12, 3 mm precision heat-treated needles enclosed in a round housing unit, allowing for maximum performance of 12,000 BPM.

The design and versatility of the MP5187 produces maximum efficiency. It improves the ability to work within tight spaces, allows operators to maneuver into corners and close quarters accordingly, and can be converted to a chisel scaler as an option.
