The robust and versatile Compact Series of industrial PCs is used almost everywhere - from waste disposal, storage, and logistics, to machining technology. The C12P and C15P industrial computers feature a distinctive anti-reflective, tempered glass display without joints or edges and a PCAP multi-touch screen. The tried and tested ruggedness (IP65/NEMA4) and the wide range of available options for user-specific processor and port configurations are indispensable.
The PCs come with several ports as a standard feature. There is a USB connection on the side of the industrial PC for easy external access. In the new series, the clever noax design has the ability to add future expansions after several years of use. For example, the industrial PC has two PCI / PCIe slots for easy expansion, so it can grow along with the requirements – a unique feature in this size category. This provides maximum flexibility as well as investment and future protection.
Users will be impressed with the brilliant LED display and the precision-operated PCAP (projected capacitive) touch technology in 12 or 15-in. display size options. This allows the multi-touch technology to be used appropriately for the first time even in difficult industrial environments. A unique factor is that it can also be used with gloves, even in harsh environmental conditions. It has excellent touch sensitivity – which can be adjusted manually – even at the edge of the durable display. This gives the user extremely high-performance and precise multi-touch technology that allows for intuitive, smartphone-oriented control.
The display frame has three integrated function keys that are illuminated and freely programmable allowing for fast and secure access to frequently used functions. For example, they are very practical for mobile use on forklifts.
Easy servicing and operability are guaranteed by the MCU, the noax nSMART software, as well as the high integration capability into existing system solutions and expandability with application-specific peripherals. The proven integrated noax nSMART software provides easy and comprehensive configuration of the noax IPC allowing user-oriented, individual settings, and the monitoring and control of voltage and temperature of the noax IPC, just to name a few of its capabilities.
