No Drip Siphon Fed Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles work in the same way as the standard Siphon Fed Air Atomizing Nozzles but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. They are designed for applications where no liquid pressure is available. The can be used with gravity-fed liquids or liquids from a siphon height as much as 36" (91 cm). They can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 200 cP.
The design of this nozzle allows for the absence of liquid pressure and in turn, uses gravity-fed liquids or lifted liquids from a siphon height of 36 in. with the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off. EXAIR’s No Drip Atomizing Nozzles are ideal for situations where no post-spray drip is permissible.
The nozzle is available in round and flat fan liquid patterns and the volume of liquid flow depends on either the gravity or suction height coupled with air pressure. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral-free.
