Royal Products offers a wide range of collet fixtures for use in 5th-axis applications as well as on standard vertical and horizontal machining centers.
A Royal collet fixture can provide a workholding alternative to traditional vises or clamps—especially for long, thin parts and those with asymmetrical external features.
The Power-Block Collet Fixture lineup includes models that can be actuated hydraulically, pneumatically, or manually. These units use Royal Quick-Grip CNC Collets with an industry-leading gripping range and parallel-grip functionality.

- Units are designed to be actuated via hydraulic pressure, and may also be actuated pneumatically for lighter-duty applications.
- Engineered for use in both stationary and rotary-table applications. Caution: not for use on lathes or grinders above 60 rpm.
- Heavy-duty all-steel construction with a large double-acting piston for high clamping force.
- Configured with both side and bottom ports for plumbing flexibility.
