Single-Axis Gun Drilling Machines
Description
Precihole Gun Drilling Machines are built to manufacture high-precision parts and can be customized to suit high volume requirements. GVN gun drill models are offered with 1 to 4 spindles providing excellent straightness, surface finish, and bore tolerance. Length to diameter ratios of up to 125 are possible.
The machine permits deep drilling of four barrels simultaneously. An open machine configuration facilitates robot access, minimizing operator involvement and supporting 24/7 operation. Depending on individual model configuration, the machine can drill IDs from 0.04 to 1.57 in. and barrel stock from 0.4 to 4.0 in. OD.
