Description
The Quick Load Servo S3 T bar feed is an automatic, servo controlled magazine bar feeder for 4” to 63” bars (not to exceed the spindle length) with diameters from ¼ to 4 – ¾ in. It includes an intuitive, user-friendly Touch Screen HMI with prompting menu screens for partial changeovers in 15 seconds or less and complete changeovers in 1 minute or less, and a unique Parts Library that stores data for 500 part programs to make changeovers even quicker and easier. Built-in e-Connect Ethernet communications capability makes this bar feeder Ideal for worry-free unattended and lights-out production.
