Automatic Tag Feeder/Marker
Description
The Kwik Mark Tag Master 3 uses dot peen technology to permanently mark industrial components. The fully automatic feeder/marker was developed to speed up production and eliminate the problematic tag feeding issues of escaping tags from the bottom of the magazine. The tags are transferred from the top to eliminate the jamming; scratching and other problems associated with bottom feed “coin changer” type escapements. This also means thickness tolerance; sharp edges, etc. are no longer issues. The display includes a batch counter, cycle timer, current status, production history log and percentage of completion information.
