Kevlar Fabric
Description
Kevlar 8 oz. woven fabric is 60-in. wide and sold by the lineal foot. Kevlar is high heat resistant, cut resistant, and very strong. It is difficult to ignite, does not propagate flame, and decomposes at 900ºF.
Typical uses: Protective sleeves, gloves, aprons, welding blankets, heat shields/heat barriers, hot metal sheets, and glass handlers.
